Behari Rice

  • Rice 2 cup (boiled)
  • Green chili 5 – 6
  • Curry leaves 8 – 10
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pan heat oil and add whole cumin, curry leaves, mustard seeds and green chili to crackles.

  2. Now add garlic paste, turmeric, red chili and salt and cook it.

  3. Then mix boiled rice and simmer it.

  4. When it will be full cooked lemon juice and dish it out to serve.
